Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced a Production Coordinator to join our team.

The Production Coordinator will assist the Production Manager in the management of a production by providing administrative support.  The Production Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpretation skills.  This individual will be depended upon to help analyze problems and offer dynamic solutions. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of a production through all departments.
  • Work with the Production Manager to schedule staffing to meet production requirements, preparation and upkeep of project documentation for all departments.
  • Identify and report missing elements, and creating and organizing protection copies of production materials.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of an animation production pipeline from development to post-production. (2D pipeline an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently and under pressure.
  • Must be highly creative, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Production Tracking System (ToonBoom Manager) a strong asset.
